At Falscara, we want you to love your lash look; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on most products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, adhesive and lash wisps must remain unopened and unused to qualify for a refund.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
